		<description><![CDATA[These turned out delicious.  I will definitely make them again.  They looked nothing like the photo, by the way.  We dressed them up like burgers w/a little mayo, spinach, red onion.  No cheese was necessary.  I doubled the recipe and they kept well in the fridge.
The only drawback is having to really clean the food processor well because of putting raw poultry in it.
