The chicken was delicious and moist, even the breast. It didn’t require quite as much cooking time as the recipe suggests (I pulled it out 45 minutes sooner and it was perfect), but this of course would depend on the size of the bird. I didn’t do the veggies, just the chicken ~ it was delicious with PW’s scalloped potatoes and Pastor Ryan’s roasted carrots.
