		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for giving a whole meal suggestion, nice for new cooks.  I often serve chicken too, it is one of our favorite meals.  I always make spinach by just a quick sautee in olive oil and finely chopped garlic.  I find that we don&#039;t use any butter and eat less fat.  Win all around.]]></description>
