This is amazing! I made it exactly as is, but didn't have course ground mustard so used fine mustard powder and my entire family loved it! This is one of my top 5 recipes I have found on Tasty Kitchen and highly, highly recommend it to anyone...a must try!

This was amazing! I had to make some substitutions (was making it in a hurry and couldn't find pancetta in any nearby store), but it still turned out guest-worthy. I can't imagine how it would taste if I actually followed every detail. Definitely a fancy dinner though, not something I would make for an everyday meal.

Seriously? How am I the first person to rate this?? This chicken is, in my humble little opinion, the *best* recipe I've made from Tasty Kitchen (and I've made quite a few), and possibly one of my favorite. dinners. EVER.

My only criticism is that the rub is a wee bit salty, but that could be my fault because I also added olive oil to the chicken seasonings and spread it on that way (instead of a dry rub). Next time I will still use the olive oil but use less salt. Also, I used 4 chicken leg quarters (thighs and legs still attached), but those are the only 2 things I changed from the original recipe.

If Rina would be gracious enough to let me, I'll be putting step-by-step photos (with my mediocre food photography) on my blog(http://domestiphobia.net) soon. THANK YOU, Rina, for something so easy that my husband and I absolutely loved. It was well worth the splurge for pancetta and marscapone. Sooo delicious, and this will easily be a company-worthy recipe for the next time we have dinner guests. Thanks again!!
