Love this! The heavenly aroma of the roasting squash/onions/thyme almost kept me from making the whole recipe. I use my favorite Whole Wheat Cornmeal pizza crust from wholegrainscouncil.org. I did find that the recipe as written came out a little bit dry. A modification I tried the next time was to puree the roasted squash and onions and then spread that as sauce before topping with kale, mozzarella, and Parmesan. WIN!
