This is by far the best way to cook a tenderloin! We’ve been making this for our annual Christmas dinner since 2007. I serve it with a side of Ree’s Bleu Cheese and Onion Sauce (not sure if it is listed here, but can be found with her ribeye steak recipe on her main website)

“Winner, Winner, Beef Dinner!” Just made this for an early dinner and all five of us are standing around the stove eating it like animals. Delicious and so easy! I added some baby bella mushrooms to the pan and let them roast too. This is the best tenderloin recipe ever! Thanks, Ree!
