We LOVED it! Definitely better than what you would get at a restaurant. Will be making this one again! I cooked it Saturday, let it cool then put it in the frig. Took it back out Sunday and slowly warmed it and I think it tasted better than when it was finished on Saturday evening!

My MIL who cooks a ‘mean’ roast may change her recipe since I sent sandwiches to her house!
