It is so simple and surprisingly tender and good. Sort of low cal and very quick. We love it here.

These had a great flavor. Perfect for a quick dinner with few ingredients. My 3 year old grandson loved them. I used regular boneless chicken breasts and cut them in strips. Baked it for about 35 minutes and it turned out great. Gotta Love Quick and Easy!

You can tweak it to your liking. I don’t ever use the whole bottle… I just pour more onto the plate as I need it. Just make sure each piece of chicken is coated completely. The same goes for the ritz cracker crumbles: I cover the bottom of the plate, and when it gets low I add more.

And I have the same thing with my hubby! I like to make all sorts of fancy, schmancy, complex flavored dishes, and he likes them – don’t get me wrong- but he still RAVES about the simplest of dishes I make! I have an onion dish I’ll be posting soon that’s like that!
