		<description><![CDATA[I was searching for a quick and easy Red Beans &amp; Rice recipe and was about to give up because I couldn&#039;t find one using canned beans! I had some kidney beans left over from making chili a few weeks ago. I also used some Hillshire Farm Andouille sausage. (Foodie I am not, apparently). 

This recipe was quick, easy and came out great. The sausage added all of the bite and real flavor, so if you don&#039;t use something like that I would recommend upping the spices and heat.]]></description>
