Dude! I loved this! The pimento is genius! I think the Knorr pesto is too thin for this application (I just added more grated parmesan), and it was a big hit. It occurred to me that the only thing I’ve ever used the Knorr pesto for was pizza. I checked out your blog spot, and cracked up at your “basil nightmare”. I’ll be visiting a lot. Thank you so much!

I would be more than happy to send you some if you can’t find any. De Nada. I didn’t make the Ravioli Italiani last night, but only because I received an invitation to actually eat in a restaurant instead of cooking (I never turn that down even though I love to cook), but I will make it this weekend, and will let you know how much I loved it, because I know I will!

Around these parts (Idaho), the Knorr packaged pesto is right next to all the other little packaged mixes, like Au Jus, taco seasoning, etc. Every grocery store seems to put these in different aisles, so that’s about all I can tell you. If you can’t find it, I’ll send you some!

Have you tried Classico Pesto at Walmart? It comes in red pesto flavour also. In pasta sauce aisle. YUMMY.

No, actually I’ve never used Knorr packaged pesto. Knorr makes some GREAT seasonings so I’d like to try it sometime. I don’t remember ever seeing Knorr pesto in my normal grocery store. What section of the store is it in?

I’m going to make this rockin’ recipe tonight! I just happen to have all of the ingredients on hand (it’s a miracle!) As for the pesto, I adore the flavor of Knorr packaged pesto, and since it’s what I have, that’s what I’ll be using tonight. Have you ever tried it? Thank you for the inspiration!
