Just finished making this. Really simple and really tasty. I used focaccia bread instead of french. Next time will add bacon, as others have suggested.

This was so easy and so yummy! It reminded us of a papa john’s chicken pizza, but has a lighter taste without all the grease.

Made this last night… RAVE reviews. I did add bacon, and I have to say, that it’s a must. We could hardly stand to wait for it to cook, because it made a great chicken salad! I was fending off the vulchers as best I could with my spatula, but next time I’ll plan on making more. Yummmmm!

This was very good, and pretty! I added some crushed red pepper flakes to the chicken salad and next time I’m planning on adding bacon as well. Thank you it was a crowd pleaser!
