I was desperately searching for something quick to make for dinner tonight. (You know, the 5pm panic!) I had all the ingredients and decided to go for it.

This pizza is definitely different. But, not bad. I'm sure some people wouldn't be too crazy about it, but I am not too picky when it comes to pizza.

I think I didn't do something right, because the dough was a tad bit undercooked. So, I will be adjusting this in the future. My hubby said the dough seemed a bit salty, too, so I will reduce the salt.

I have a large family and doubled the recipe. We ate every last piece. I asked if it was alright to make this recipe again and they said maybe, as long as I made my regular pizza, too. I thought that was fair. It was very easy and I will be making it again.
