@coltandcorbin – Depending on my mood I adjust the quanties of the ingredients from time to time depending on what I am looking for as far as taste. Thanks for the kind words. Usually, I will mix all of the sauce ingredients and and once every thing is well blended I will toss in the beef.

Made it tonight and loved it! I will probably cut back the brown sugar next time I make it, however. One question, when do you add your beef to the sauce? I didn’t know if I should be simmering the beef and sauce together. Thanks!

Made this tonight and really enjoyed it! It is quick and very easy and I didn’t have to worry if I had enough veggies on hand! Everything was in my pantry. I did add a little more of the spices than you called for (but that was just for personal taste preferences). This gets a big thumbs up from me!!
