The barbeque sauce is very tasty….perfect balance between acid, sweet and hot. I’ll use this sauce next time I do ribs in the Big Green Egg.
Also, the sandwich with slaw and pickles was to die for!!
For me, doing a pork butt in a slow cooker is the only way to ensure succulent, tender meat in the end. YUMMY…Thank you Lindsey!
