I have made this recipe twice and it was amazing both times. I make a super-simple rub for the pork that consists of 3 Tbsp. kosher salt and 1 tsp. ground black pepper. I rinse the roast, pat it dry, rub the roast, and put it in the crock pot for at least 9 hours. The BBQ sauce is delicious as is! Make this and you'll love it. The left-overs are great too. Thank you for the recipe!
