Made this today for this weekend's tailgate. Very easy. I used Costco pork roasts that come four in a pack. Each roast is 2'ish pounds. I could fit two in my pressure cooker, and added some thick sliced onions, at a time and altered the cooking time to 55min, letting the pressure cooker cool on it's own. Came out moist and easy to shred.
I haven't added the sauce because I'm going to take a couple of sauce choices for our fans and some people don't like things too saucy. Honestly, the pork is pretty good good without the sauce.

I mad this recipe for dinner tonight and my husband said, "I think this is the best pulled pork you ever made and the best I've ever tasted!" I made just a couple changes though, I added thinley sliced onion to the liquid in the pressure cooker and used apple cider instead of water. When mixing the sauce together I strained out all the onions and put them as well as all the sauce ingedents into my Vitamix blender. It was amazing pulled pork!!

I have to say that I love this recipe even though I screwed up twice.

I went to the store to buy the pork butt - wound up with a 3 pound pork loin roast- didn't realize that until I got home. Although, I thought it was rather lean looking.

I was making the rub - I used brown sugar instead of white sugar. But, I did make the bbq as stated and it turned out beautifully. However, being a pork loin - I only had to pressure it for about 30-35 minutes.LOL
Overall, I LOVED the BBQ sauce - it's a keeper!

I just made this for the family for dinner -- we just had it with potatoes instead of in sandwiches -- and my husband turned to me no fewer than 4 times and said, "Honey, this is delicious." Thanks for sharing this recipe. It was, indeed, delicious! And easy, too.

I've always wanted to try to use a pressure cooker but, I've heard stories about the lid popping off. Maybe I'l be brave and try it! Any safety tips?

oh how funny...guess what I just made?
Meijer had boneless pork shoulder on sale.
I'll have to make your sauce and add it to the pork.
Gotta love that pressure cooker!
