I did use shredded chicken instead of beef (I was out) and I omitted the olives (we’re not fans at our house). Overall this is a wonderful, fun recipe. It was a little bland for our taste and next time I will probably add some chunky salsa and hot sauce and maybe some green chilis. We will be trying this again though! Thanks for sharing.

This was such an easy, quick, cheap meal that will certainly become a staple for us. Only thing I changed was added in a medium onion and a jalapeno during the heating of sauce and soup. Nice added crunch!
