The best potato and turkey-ham casserole.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Put thawed potatoes in a large bowl. Cube turkey-ham and add to potatoes. Dice onion and add to bowl. Add cheese to bowl. Mix well.
In a small bowl put sour cream, soup, melted butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add to potato mixture. Mix well, make sure everything is coated.
Put in a 9×13 pan and cover.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook for 15 minutes longer. Take out and let rest 10 minutes to set.
