		<description><![CDATA[I made this using two 1lb pork tenderloins on the stove top. It simmered for about 2 hours. I made the full amount of sauce. I love how the apples just melted into sauce &amp; the apple peels just mixed in with the onions. It smelled amazing, tasted great &amp; I wouldn&#039;t change a thing.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I made this over the weekend.  My 9 pound pork roast took about 7-8 hours to cook and was falling off the bone so we just shredded it and ate it that way.  The apples and onions were so cooked down by that time that they just added flavor more than anything else.  I&#039;ll try this with a smaller roast next time and maybe get the full effect~ :)]]></description>

I kept out 1 apple to add the last half hour of cooking so I would have some apple slices to add to the platter.  I also studded the roast with garlic and used some white wine for part of the liquid.  nice autumn meal.]]></description>
