		<description><![CDATA[This was a delicious recipe. Thank you for sharing, pammy. I had a pork roast I got from Costco and didn&#039;t know what to do with it. This was a simple, yet delicious recipe. I sauteed 4 minced garlic cloves and 2 onions (in ring form) for about 5 minutes and put them at the bottom of the roasting pan. I also included chopped carrots with the red potatoes. I&#039;d definitely make this recipe again.  Thank you!]]></description>
