I love the combination of carmelized onions with the heat from the sriracha sauce. It might not go over well with young kids, but I just baked a plain pork chop separately while everything else was cooking. A definite must-try!

Yum! I don't cook alot with pork chops but keep my eyes open for a good prok chop recipe. This one's the best! My family loved it! Even my picky daughter went for a second helping of rice! This is a keeper! Thanks! We loved it!

Made this last weekend. I think next time I will use low sodium soy sauce. I left the pimentos out for my dad (picky eater) and think next time I will add carrots or snap peas just to mix it up a bit.

This was a hit at the dinner table! I don't prefer pimentos so I used diced red bell pepper instead and it turned out great. It wasn't too spicy for us but I think we generally like things a little more spicy than others.

So, so good. It could have used more rice, or maybe I should have used 2 cups (before cooking). Beware of spice, little ones couldn't enjoy it, and again, maybe my rice was off. Grilled pineaple was the bomb!

This was soooooo good! I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to. I used a different cut of pork, let the onions cook a little longer, and used brown sugar instead of honey (because I had just run out), but other than that, I followed the directions. I always want something a little sweet after the kids go to bed, but tonight I wanted more pork! The rice didn't have the flavor I was expecting, but with the sauce from the pork, it was yummy! I will make this over and over!
