I served it with some steamed veggies in cheese sauce and baked sweet potatoes. I treated him with a (runny, but nontheless very good) “caramel sauce.” He especially loved the pork chops. I only had five chops, and cut back on the apples by one. Great recipe, I will definitely make this again! Thank you

The second time I made it I used chicken stock instead of cider and it was just as good. We thought it went well with rice.
