Tried this for the first time last night, and will definitely be making it again. Next time I'll use a bit less soy sauce as it was a bit salty for my family's tastes (even with the lower sodium soy sauce). But it's an excellent flavor combination, and so easy to make.

Thanks, Natalie! This is deelish! I did brown my pork steaks first; had no chops. It's a wonderful meal. The flavor is utterly wonderful. I poured the sauce over the rice sidedish I made. It's a new favorite recipe!

I've never been a big fan of pork chops-- they always seem so dry. I made this with boneless chops and the smell and falvor of the sauce was wonderful! I served with a veggie stir fry and rice-- even my kids loved it. I only wish the meat stayed juicer, but I think that's just the cut of meat, not the recipe.

These were indeed delicious. I thickened the sauce at the end by mixing 1 tbsp. cornstarch with 2 tbsp. water, then whisking it into the sauce in the crockpot, turning it on high and letting it cook for a minute or two with the cover off.

Oh my gosh were these fabulous! I can't get over how a few simple ingredients produced these super tender and flavorful chops. Mine literally fell apart getting them out of the crockpot. It drove me crazy all day with this wonderful scent wafting through my house...was starving by the time dinner came around. We served ours over rice and used all the sauce over it all. So yummies! TY for sharing!
