When it first came out I was kind of skeptical because it seemed dry. Once I baked it in the oven though it was sooo juicy! It felt like something was missing… maybe a tartness that can be found in a sweet vinegar chili sauce. I’ve got plenty of leftovers so I might try that tomorrow when I reheat!
