You call it Lime infused ponzu beef and chicken but nowhere do you infuse the ponzu sauce. I assume you’d add it to the ponzu marinade but…

These were delicious. I didn’t add any lime to the marinade, I just had fresh key limes for anyone who wanted to use them on their fajitas. They were a hit!

I did not care for these at all. When I think ponzu, I think chicken but not steak and I didn’t think the two married well together. Also, this seems to be missing some flavoring or seasoning. It was just too plain and I don’t think I’ll be making them again anytime soon. Btw, the lime that is listed in the ingredients is not figured into the recipe on either here or Ree’s site. I added mine to the ponzu before marinating.

I made this for my father-in-law who was visiting us and ended up inviting the whole family over because I knew it would be a hit! These were the most delicious fajitas ever! Thank you for sharing!
