Once they had their preconceived notions about what pizza was supposed to be like, my children really liked this recipe. My 6 year old discovered she loves eggplant. Even my 11 month old really enjoyed it with the soft crust that she could handle. We took a family vote on whether to keep this recipe, and it was unanimous. Thank you for a great recipe!
