I LOVED the idea of the polenta cakes, but I have pork roast, not beef short ribs!! SO…I made a pork ragu but instead of serving it over noodles, I made the polenta cakes. Long story short, we all really loved this!! I want to try it as written—gotta get me some short ribs.
