I cooked this dish indirect on my Big Green Egg grill. The crust was very crunchy and the chicken was very moist. We served this with a marinara for a dipping sauce and a side salad. I will do this recipe again.

This was *amazing* - like adult style chicken fingers! They have a full flavor, but a light texture at the same time. I added a little garlic powder to the breading. To make it healthier, I baked them for 6 minutes covered instead of frying, followed by the 12 minutes uncovered as instructed. I served it on a bed of couscous/pine nut pilaf and sprinkled shredded parmesan over all. YUM. Add a side salad, and it was a satisfying comfort food dinner.

We love chicken & pine nuts so this was a must try. I fixed this last night and it was great. I cooked it indirect on our Big Green Egg and it turned out great. It was like baking the chicken. The crust was nice and crunchy and the chicken was very moist. I served it with a salad and some marinara sauce for dipping.

I highly recommend this dish.
