Made it over the weekend and it’s as good as it looks/reads. However, not being a Wisconsin resident, I was unable to find Cheese Curds and not knowing what else to use, I tried cottage cheese, which I drained for an hour or so in cheesecloth prior to preparing the recipe. Yum Yum Yum!!
