		<description><![CDATA[The flavor was decent, but the cooking time is much much to long. especially if your pan is screaming hot like you say it needs to be. 2 minutes on each side is plenty for a medium steak, especially since it is followed  by some more time in the oven. i would definitely halve the cooking times on this next time.]]></description>
