I made it for dinner and everyone loved it. I didn’t use the ‘low fat’ version, but used regular butter and regular 1/2 and 1/2. Sinful, I know. Also, we had fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden, so I sliced those up and used them instead of the romas. YUM YUM YUMMY! Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!
