		<description><![CDATA[I made this the other night and really enjoyed it.  It was super easy to throw together and you can play with the seasoning to make it spicier if you like.  My only complaint was that it had a slight &quot;metal&quot; taste to it, probably from the cans of tomatoes I used, or the pot I cooked it in.  My boyfriend didn&#039;t notice it but I sure did.  Next time I might try using fresh tomatoes.  Great recipe though!]]></description>
