It was super easy to throw together and you can play with the seasoning to make it spicier if you like. My only complaint was that it had a slight “metal” taste to it, probably from the cans of tomatoes I used, or the pot I cooked it in. My boyfriend didn’t notice it but I sure did. Next time I might try using fresh tomatoes. Great recipe though!
