		<description><![CDATA[I followed the recipe exactly except for using penne pasta. The highlight of the dish is the roasted portobellas...smelled great roasting and tasted wonderful. I expected much more from the sauce though. It was bland, in my opinion. Next time I might back off on the wine/whiskey/broth and add more cream to make it thicker and creamier. Hubby asked me not to waste good whiskey though, so I&#039;m not sure I&#039;ll make it again.]]></description>

I was a bit leery about the whiskey in the sauce, I didn&#039;t know if it would overwhelm it or not, but it turned out great.  I made it with Clementine-Maple glazed chicken quarters and they paired very well...I also added some whiskey to the glaze and I believe the &quot;theme&quot; kind of carried through.  The only thing I did differently was I browned the chicken in the pot and used those juices to sautee the onions in.  A wonderful pasta!]]></description>
