		<description><![CDATA[One of the best fish recipes EVER!  I don&#039;t make fish too much and was doubtful about broiling the fish first with no seasonings (so I added pepper and garlic salt). 

This was RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!!  Perfect moistness of the fish.  Next time I will leave it in for the final broil for another minute or two so that the topping will get really brown.  Plus the fish was done enough but still moist enough to handle a little more broiler time.

I will make this and send the recipe on to EVERYONE I know.  thank you!!!!

Oh and my 5 yr old and 2 year old ate it up too!]]></description>
