		<description><![CDATA[The pork did turn out nice and moist, but the souffle topping was very bland.  I may try it again with some horseradish or something similar.  I also recommend tempering the egg rather than just trying to add it very slowly to the hot mixture.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This dish was excellent!  My husband kept commenting how good it was - this will be a keeper for us!  I&#039;m not that great of a cook so I wasn&#039;t sure how much flour to use so I went with 2 tbs and it must&#039;ve turned out like it was supposed to - tasted fabulous!  Thank you!]]></description>
