I made this recipe tonight and doubled it for my family. EVERYBODY loved it and had seconds. I even forgot to reserve some of the pasta water and it still turned out super yummy. I think the key is to use the good cheese as called for in the recipe — reggiano parmesan cheese. Also excellent with a rose wine. Just thought you’d like to know that!

Made this for myself for a quick lunch today, was a delicious little break from studying and was so quick to throw together. I used angel hair pasta because that’s all I had lying around the house and added extra garlic and it all come together deliciously.

My husband and I thought this was delicious ~ I prefer a little more garlic so I used two cloves. Very quick and easy – perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Made this for dinner. It was really good, only problem is my fresh parm clumped up after it melted. New favorite for my family.
