Description

This meal is so easy and the chicken is extremely moist. My husband always asks me to make this!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Combine mayo and cheese. Spread evenly over chicken breasts. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

When I make this, I usually place the chicken on a wire rack (basically a small cooling rack) and I put that over a cookie sheet. Having the chicken on the rack enables it to get crispy on both sides, rather than being soggy on the bottom.

The mayonnaise really goes a long way in making this dish very moist and delicious! I recommend serving this with rosemary potatoes and green beans.

I use Ritz crackers for my bread crumbs.

Very good Thank you for sharing! My family really ate it up!
I didn’t have Italian bread crumbs on hand so I use regular bread crumbs and added in some Mrs. Dash. That worked well too.

Made this the other night. I used plain bread crumbs and pounded the chicken a bit. It came out great. It was super tasty and tender. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This is really easy and absolutely delicious. Like another reviewer, I used panko bread crumbs and Italian style seasonings because it is what I had on hand. This will be my go to recipe for baked chicken now!

This is one of our new favorites! I used panko bread crumbs, a parmesan/romano cheese blend and light mayo. Since I discovered this recipe it has been requested at least once a week – thanks for the great recipe!

This was so easy and so good! I’ll admit I was skeptical at first about the mayo, but you’re right, it keeps the chicken so moist and really works with the parm to give it a great flavor. Thanks for posting!
