This meal is so easy and the chicken is extremely moist. My husband always asks me to make this!
Combine mayo and cheese. Spread evenly over chicken breasts. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
When I make this, I usually place the chicken on a wire rack (basically a small cooling rack) and I put that over a cookie sheet. Having the chicken on the rack enables it to get crispy on both sides, rather than being soggy on the bottom.
The mayonnaise really goes a long way in making this dish very moist and delicious! I recommend serving this with rosemary potatoes and green beans.
