To answer your question as long as you have at least 3 good cups of breadcrumbs I think you&#039;ll be fine. Better to err on the side of caution I always say. I hate it when I don&#039;t have enough bread crumb mixture to properly cover each chicken piece, so 3 cups should pretty much guarantee that won&#039;t happen!  Let me know how that winds up working for you!]]></description>
