The chicken itself was awesome, although I will probably not use as much salt the next time due to blood pressure issues. The sauce – well, maybe I did something wrong but it was nothing special. I’ll make the chicken again, but with my own chicken broth-lemon juice-butter sauce (scallopine sauce).
