		<description><![CDATA[Recipe is confusing - Cooking time is to cook meat for 1 hr. 15 minutes but the indication in the recipe instructions are to cook meat at 500 degrees for 20 min. I assume 20 minutes is the correct time. In any case it is on the menu for dinner this evening. Looks yummy!]]></description>
