		<description><![CDATA[We loved this!  I used 6 tilapia filets.  Instead of using onion salt, I used Cajun seasoning or Spike season salt on the filets before coating them with flour, egg mixture and Italian bread crumbs.  I also used 2 whole eggs, instead of using only the whites.  The fish was crispy and full of flavor.  We will be adding this recipe to our family meal rotation. Thanks you!]]></description>
