The kids loved it and it didn’t take me forever to put together. I think next time I’ll add just a bit of the pasta water into the cheese mixture just to thin it out a bit and use a bit more sauce, but the flavors were great – thanks for the recipe!

My husband liked it too and said he’d eat it again (that’s always a big compliment when I make something new!).
I made a 1/2 recipe since its only the two of us and the only suggestion I have is that it needed more sauce–I probably could have used the whole jar, but we like things kind of saucy in our house.
