		<description><![CDATA[This was delicious and made a LOT!  It is very similar to a recipe of my mom&#039;s that is one of my &quot;comfort foods&quot; except with a lot more varieties of beans and a bit spicier (my mom didn&#039;t make anything spicy).  I used both mild and hot sausages, so that may be where some of the heat came from.

I froze the leftovers in several quart size bags so we can have a quick meal when I don&#039;t feel like cooking.]]></description>
