		<description><![CDATA[This was inspired by my NC hubby.  He is such a good sport.  He&#039;ll looks at me, looks at dinner, looks at me and ask is that dinner.  And I&#039;ll say yes.  80% of the time he&#039;ll dig in then of course 20% of the time he&#039;ll walked to the pantry pull out the bread, head to the frig and finish pulling out the mayo, pickles, lunch meat and cheese all the while not saying a word.  You also have to understand I do a lot of experimentation in the kitchen and even I am iffy about eating dinner once in a while.  This time he fell in love with this NC slaw pulled pork sandwich inspiration.  He loves sauerkraut and I thought to use that in a pork sandwich. The whipped potatoes compliment the sauerkraut perfectly. You have to toast the rolls toooooo.  It adds another dimension to the sandwich.  The pork sauerkraut just gets better with age.]]></description>
