As promised, I made this dish and it was really good! My mother doesn’t like spicy food so I used a mild curry powder. This is my kind of comfort food and will definitely make this dish again.

You’ve created a monster! My mother has decided she wants me to make this for her this weekend. Apples are in season so she’s been bugging me to make something with apples. I figured she’d want an apple crisp or something but she picked this recipe instead! Sounds delicious!
