		<description><![CDATA[I loved this recipe!  The vinegar couldn&#039;t be tasted after the chicken was cooked, but it sure took the taste of the herbs through the meat.  I did have to steam my chicken in the skillet with the lid on for 20 minutes, then turned up the heat to brown it up some more.  This is an easy, delicious weeknight meal option.  I will definately be making this again and again.]]></description>
