I think next time I won’t carmelize my onions as much because they got pretty black during the cooking process in the oven but overall this meal was delicious! Will definitely make again!

The breading would be great for making chicken as well. I like to make this with breakfast pork chops and they seem to cook a little better- when I did it with regular pork chops it took about an hour and a half to cook if I remember correctly.
