It guess I shouldn’t be giving one a good rating without following the entire recipe either. I made sliders for my two children and was looking for a yummy way to make the patties. I wanted the meat to bind together well and not dry out. I made the patties according to this recipe and they were great. If you are looking for a great slider patty, this is the recipe to go with. I cannot attest to the rest; however, it sure sounds yummy. No way are my kids going for onions, mushrooms or swiss cheese!

And since it is just my boyfriend and me, there was extra left for lunch. I don’t like mushrooms, so I left them out, but it still turned out delicious! I didn’t think the Worcestershire was too much, loved the spicy fry sauce, and I really liked the addition of the cream to the burgers.
