Middle child came into kitchen and said, “Ooh, what is that good smell?” I used Mezzetta’s Giardiniera instead of olive salad (couldn’t find any). Also used garlic-stuffed green olives (minus garlic) and their juice because that is what we had. Delicious! Now I just gotta find some crawdads…
