This was delicious. In order to make sure the beef was tender, I let it simmer a bit longer (after it was cooked through), before adding the broccoli. We'll definitely have this again!

The flavor for this dish was wonderful. I didn't score it higher because the beef was very chewy and wonder if a different cut of meat wouldn't be more tender. The sauce also never really thickened up like I wanted, so I'm guessing I didn't use enough corn starch or didn't allow it to simmer long enough. But, I will make this again because my family really like how it tasted and maybe I can nail down my meat and sauce issues.

We thought this was ok. I used less beef than called for, but had to use several more Tablespoons of oil b/c I cooked the beef in batches and each time the cornstarch just seemed to soak it all up. I may try it again sometime to see if we like it better the second time around.

I LOVED this dish!!! Tasted like something from a restaurant. I didn't use any sesame seeds simply because they are expensive. And actually I used pork sirloins b/c that's what I had on hand. Will definitely be making again!
